The prices listed on the website are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Motoparts.eu will deliver the item after payment has been received. The delivery time starts from the moment Motoparts.eu has received the payment.

ARTICLE 2

Motoparts.eu charges shipping and administrative costs. The amount of these charges depends on the quantity and weight of the order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (including in case of returns).

ARTICLE 3

After receiving your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. Once the payment has been received in the account of Motoparts.eu, the ordered items will be shipped within 3 business days.

Motoparts.eu reserves the right not to send your item if it is no longer in stock. If this occurs and payment has already been made to Motoparts.eu, the amount paid will be refunded to the purchaser’s provided bank account.

ARTICLE 4

If the order does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense. Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery of the order and must include a reason for the return. The return must be confirmed in advance by email by Motoparts.eu. Please note that insufficiently prepaid or unannounced returns will not be credited.

Motoparts.eu will refund the purchase price after approval and receipt of the returned items. Motoparts.eu reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the item has been used, if the item is damaged due to use, or if the goods are not returned in their original packaging. Motoparts.eu also reserves the right to refuse returns if the items are not returned within 7 days after delivery or if the return is not reported by email in advance.

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us on the same day. If your order is incomplete, this must be reported within 2 days.

ARTICLE 5

Motoparts.eu guarantees that the delivered items are of good quality and meet the specifications listed in the offer. Exceptions apply to any color differences. Defects resulting from normal wear and tear or caused by significant fault of the customer are not covered under warranty.

ARTICLE 6

Motoparts.eu is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Force majeure includes, in any case, serious operational disruptions at Motoparts.eu and transportation delays.

This website, including its name, design, layout, and text, is fully protected by copyright. Nothing from this website may be used for other websites or purposes without the permission of Motoparts.eu.

ARTICLE 8

Motoparts.eu does not share customer personal data with third parties. Customer data is used solely for processing orders and for internal purposes.

ARTICLE 9

If we receive a returned shipment and it appears that you have provided incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible and will not reimburse the shipping costs. If you still want to receive the package, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

ARTICLE 10

Belgian law applies to this site. In case of a dispute, only the courts of the Hasselt district have jurisdiction.
